Our Dongguan factory passed the Omron ROHS audit

From July 23 to 24, 2024, OMD conducted a ROHS audit of our Dongguan factory for a period of two days, and our company successfully passed.

ROHS Directive (Restriction of Hazardous Substances, namely the restriction of Hazardous substances) is an environmental protection standard developed by the European Union in order to restrict the use of certain hazardous substances in electronic and electrical equipment.

In order to ensure the interests and health of consumers, Omron strictly implements the relevant EU environmental regulations and conducts ROHS audits on its suppliers every three years.

Eastern display Co., Ltd. has been cooperating with Omron since 2003. As the partner of Omron for many years, in order to ensure the competitiveness and brand reputation of Omron and its products in the international market, we carry out the whole process control in the process of supplier access, procurement and production, and deeply cooperate with third-party testing and certification agencies such as SGS, Centre Testing International Group Co., Ltd. (CTI)  and Waltek Testing Group . Ensure that our finished products comply with ROHS requirements.
