Our company has put into production two LCD automatic pin lines

In order to cope with the rapid growth of metal pin LCD orders after the epidemic and improve the production capacity and delivery time of pin products, our company recently introduced two sets of fully automatic pin production lines, which were successfully put into operation in late May after debugging and reached the expected production capacity.

The new production line is adapted to pin assembly, shearing, sealing, curing, AOI full graphic electrical test and other functions, realizing the straight-through flow operation from pin assembly to electrical performance test, perfectly solving the problems of LCD metal pin assembly efficiency and assembly quality, product quality and production efficiency have been greatly improved.

The new production line has the following characteristics:

1. Quality upgrade: Adopt servo motor propulsion, grating positioning and other technologies to avoid the influence of human factors, and effectively solve quality problems such as dislocation, miss, miss sealing, virtual connection and fragmentation.

2. Accuracy upgrade: the system sensor control is adopted to ensure the accurate control of the foot propulsion, the sealing amount, the curing parameters and the cutting size.

3, function upgrade: can be assembled aircraft shape, bilateral irregular multi-section pins, single foot, compatible with a variety of special-shaped feet; It has the function of stick pull tape and pasting and STN silicone coating, and the finished product is directly connected to the high-precision graphic detector (AOI) to realize full automation.

4. Production upgrade: With the original semi-automatic pin assembly line, the daily production capacity is increased by more than 50K.
